Role Overview
As a
Senior Recruitment Consultant
at Quess Singapore, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment activities for our clients.
This is a consultative, client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, relationship management, and market knowledge.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing high-quality talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from gathering client requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Use a mix of sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting, to identify top talent.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to assigned clients, providing market insights and candidate availability updates.
Ensure timely communication and high-quality delivery to meet client expectations and SLAs.
Partner with account managers to explore new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Market & Business Intelligence
Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide value-added insights to clients.
Share market intelligence with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
Process Excellence & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as required.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of recruitment practices, preferably in General Staffing or IT Staffing.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and headhunting.
Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Resilient, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or staffing environment.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality placements.
