Responsibilities:
Doing the 360 degree practice of recruitment including attracting clients and candidates
Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients
Pre-screening candidate's CV, assessing candidate's potential interview and prepare to forward candidate's profile to clients
Managing the end to end process from coordinating with client to candidate's start date
Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners
Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback of candidates
Requirements:
Great negotiation skills
Good command of English
Passionate in a sales-driven / target driven working environment
