Job Profile Summary:
Reporting to Head of Recruitment Development to drive manpower and recruitment growth for the distribution force (PACS & PFA) through various initiatives, activities and schemes via the agency leaders and guiding the Recruitment Managers in their day-to-day work.
Providing timely feedback and intel from the force and market to management to formulate effective strategies to the distribution force.
