Lead and oversee a team of Sales Promoters.
Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with the marketing department.
Contribute to monthly sales vs order planning meetings.
Monitor and track sales performance of dealers and promoters.
Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and sales-related administrative tasks.
Build strong, long-term relationships with appointed Dealers/Trade Partners.
Manage, implement, and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners to achieve assigned sales targets.
Sales-driven to attain the company's monthly and yearly sales targets.
Provide product knowledge and support to customers when required.
Drive export sales activities and coordination with overseas distributors.
Qualifications
Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in key account management are encouraged to apply.
Diploma/Degree in business management or any related field.
Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
Possess a high level of commitment and a strong sales-driven mindset.
Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit leadership qualities and willing to go the extra mile.
Possess Class 3A Driver's license & own vehicle.
Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
