Role Summary
Seeking a highly motivated senior research engineer or lead research engineer to lead and conduct R&D in Industry 5.0 smart manufacturing solutions and integrating digital technologies with Al-enabled physical production systems that promote intelligent and autonomous systems in manufacturing.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data connectivity, system integration and understanding of shopfloor execution system
Key Responsibilities
·Conduct research and development in novel shopfloor operations systems for scalable self-learning, self-optimizing and self-recovery production systems
·Lead the design and implementation of integrated Operational Technology alongside a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
·Work with a team of engineers and scientists to design and implement integrated OT and Al-enabled production systems for smart manufacturing
·Understand autonomous manufacturing domain and provide innovative solutions to industry problems in this area
·Build data interoperability and data pipelines setups to support AI-enabled production systems.
Requirements
·Masters or Bachelor degree in relevant field.
·1-3 years experience in industry and/or R&D projects in the area of shopfloor data connectivity, Manufacturing Execution system and software backend development.
·Proficient in Python, C/C++/C#, .Net, Node.js, JavaScript, Rea
