Job Responsibilities :
We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to design and validate the wireless systems for next‑generation gaming peripherals, including wireless mice, keyboards, and headsets.
RF & Antenna Design
- Design and optimize RF front-end circuits for 2.4GHz and Bluetooth/BLE devices.
- Perform antenna design, tuning, and integration in compact mechanical enclosures.
- Work with suppliers to simulate and analyze RF performance.
Wireless System Design
- Support system-level architecture for wireless gaming peripherals.
- Contribute to low-latency, low-power, and multi-device connectivity solutions .
- Work closely with firmware and system engineers to ensure robust wireless performance.
Testing & Validation
- Conduct RF and antenna performance tests including sensitivity, output power, SNR, EVM, OTA range, latency, and coexistence with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
- Support EMC/EMI compliance testing and regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, IC, SRRC) .
- Analyze wireless system issues and drive design improvements .
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with mechanical teams to ensure optimal antenna placement.
- Create test reports and design documentation to support product development and mass production.
- Support production testing and validation for wireless performance consistency.
Pre-Requisites :
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with a focus on RF or Wireless Communications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RF and antenna design, preferably in gaming peripherals or consumer electronics
- Proficient in RF front-end and antenna design for 2.4GHz/Bluetooth BLE, with strong simulation and tuning skills
- Familiar with low-latency, low-power wireless system architecture and multi-device connectivity
- Hands-on experience in RF testing: sensitivity, output power, OTA range/latency, and coexistence with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and global regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, etc.)
- Able to collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and product teams to ensure robust wireless performance
- Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills; experience supporting mass production is a plus
- Passion for gaming and wireless innovation in high-performance environments
