Senior / Safety Manager (Main Contractor – A1, HDB Projects)
Develop, implement, and enforce
Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures
in compliance with MOM, BCA, and NEA regulations.
Lead the
site safety team
in planning, coordinating, and executing safety programs for all HDB projects.
Conduct regular
site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Liaise with
clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
on all safety-related matters.
Prepare and review
Safety Management Plans, RA, SWP, and Permit-to-Work (PTW)
documentation.
Lead and organize
safety meetings, toolbox briefings, and safety training
for site personnel.
Investigate and report all
incidents, near misses, and non-conformances , and ensure timely follow-up and preventive actions.
Promote a strong
safety-first culture , encouraging continuous improvement in safety performance.
Oversee and ensure compliance during project handover and post-construction safety audits.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
Registered WSH Officer with MOM and valid BCSS certification.
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction safety management, with at least 5 years in HDB / Main Contractor (A1) projects.
Strong knowledge of WSH Act, Environmental Protection regulations, and HDB safety requirements.
Proven leadership in managing safety teams and promoting WSHE awareness across all project levels.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
