Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies targeting institutions, students and parents.
- Responsible for promoting and selling education products and/or services such as educational courses, e-learning platforms, or curriculum to educational institutions, partners and/or clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads in the education sector.
- Pitch products and services through presentations and meetings.
- Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive enrolment and brand visibility.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, emailers and social media content.
- Manage digital marketing activities such as social media.
- Lead the planning, development, and performance optimization of the company website to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience for prospective clients and partners.
- Attend and represent the company at education fairs, seminars and expos.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and partners for long term cooperation.
- Mentor junior sales/marketing team members and contribute to team growth.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in educational sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of educational products and services.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills in both digital and offline marketing.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required in order to communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders, as well as to create marketing content tailored for Chinese-speaking markets.
