Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets across retrofit and add-on works.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to expand market share.
Client Engagement
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Service Maintenance and Retrofit Projects teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building automation, M&E services, or retrofit projects.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
