- Basic $5000 - $5500 + $800 Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus

- Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong existing client relationships
- Generate proposal, negotiate contract negotiation and secure deals
- Track sales metrics and report performance
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with the implementation of solutions, addressing any issues quickly and proactively to maintain strong relationships
- Identify and engage enterprise data center clients with high-density cooling needs
- Present and sell thermal management solutions, services and related products to customer
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored proposals
- Product and solution presentation to varies stakeholders
- Sales Cycle Management.
Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals - Stay informed on industry trends and updates
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
A technical background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is a plus - Possess minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Possess own vehicle
