Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing key accounts (B2B - F&B restaurants).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in local market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Operations teams for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and inventory planning.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers and partners to maximize profitability.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food distribution, or a related industry; experience in Japanese food products is an advantage.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Able to speak Japanese is an added advantage to communicate with management and customers.
