Key Responsibilities
Acquire local and overseas clients to meet sales targets through channels such as cold calls and email.
Market and promote the company’s services.
Negotiate terms and margins with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Resolve client issues and maintain ongoing engagement with existing customers.
Focus on customer success and act as the main point of contact for key partners.
Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients.
Ensure all Sales Executives meet or exceed activity targets for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures.
Lead by example for Sales Executives in professional conduct, commitment, organization, sales skills, and work habits.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales role, or equivalent.
Experience in logistics and e-commerce is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of logistics and/or parcel delivery is highly advantageous.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sourcing new business clients.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
Proactive and resourceful, able to work well independently and in teams.
Strong at networking and relationship building, highly goal-driven, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
