Job Responsibilities
Acquire new clients from local and overseas to meet sales targets through multiple channels such as cold calling, email, etc;
Ability to market & promote the company’s service;
Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a win-win situation
Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Operations, Finance, and others to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts
Maintain good business relationships with new & existing clients
Resolve clients’ issues and lead continuous engagements with existing customers
Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key partners
Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients
Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
Sets examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary
Job Requirements
Min.
3-5 year of working experience in a Sales role.
Relevant experience in logistics and e-commerce is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of logistics and/or delivery parcels will be highly advantageous
A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
