Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Drive new business opportunities with system integrators and end-user clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, technical support) to deliver tailored solutions.
Market Insights & Advisory
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging AV technologies.
- Advise clients on solutions that meet their needs and solve business challenges.
Negotiation & Account Management
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policies.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and performance updates.
- Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools.
Customer Engagement & Training
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in IT sales, account management, or business development, preferably in professional conferencing or AV solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with professional conferencing products and applications.
- Knowledge of AV technologies and system integration is an advantage.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
- Basic Salary: Up to S$5000
