Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue & growth targets (local and export)
- Lead, coach and manage a team of sales executives/account managers
- Identifying and directing sales channels to corporate customers in the F&B industry, including overseas market
- Developing strategies to expand business in both domestic (F&B/wholesale) and export (Asia/Middle East) markets
- Set targets, build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth across the product lines
- Negotiate contracts, quotations and pricing with clients
- Monitor market and customer trends; adjust tactics and product positioning vs competitors
- Prepare sales forecasts; report on performance and manage budgets
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in seafood/F&B industry
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Positive and self-motivated mindset
