Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute
end-to-end SAP implementation , configuration, and upgrade projects.
Perform
requirement analysis, blueprinting, design, and solution architecture
aligned with business processes.
Manage
system integration
between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
Conduct
performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
for complex system issues.
Execute
data migration, cleansing, and validation
using advanced SAP data tools (LSMW, BODS, BDC).
Develop and optimize
custom objects (ABAP/OOABAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5 apps, RFCs, BAPIs, Enhancements)
as per client needs.
Ensure compliance with
SAP security, GRC, and audit
standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
business process transformation
and continuous improvement.
Provide
expert-level support
for SAP landscape stabilization and version upgrades (ECC to S/4HANA preferred).

SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling):
Asset accounting, cost center, profit center, integration with MM/SD.
SAP MM (Materials Management):
Procurement cycles, inventory management, batch management, and release strategies.
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution):
Pricing, order management, billing, credit/debit processing, and third-party sales.
SAP PP (Production Planning):
MRP, BOM, routing, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance):
Equipment management, preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis.
SAP HCM (Human Capital Management):
Payroll, personnel administration, time management, and ESS/MSS.
SAP SuccessFactors:
Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management.
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform):
Integration Suite, CAP, and Workflow Management.
Technical Expertise
SAP ABAP (Advanced):
Enhancements, BADI, BAPI, ALV, SmartForms, IDocs, performance tuning.
SAP Fiori/UI5:
Custom app development, Launchpad configuration, OData services.
SAP HANA (Native & S/4HANA):
Modeling, CDS views, SQL scripting, and optimization.
SAP PI/PO or CPI:
End-to-end integration, message mapping, and interface troubleshooting.
SAP BASIS/Administration:
System monitoring, transport management, client copies, and patch upgrades.
SAP GRC:
Access control, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
SAP certification in relevant modules preferred (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, S/4HANA).
Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on
S/4HANA migration and conversion
experience.
Experience in
SAP Cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) .
Familiarity with
Agile/DevOps methodology
and
Change Request Management (ChaRM) .
