Looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our multiyear Client Lifecycle Management transformation program, unlocking revenue opportunities and supporting our top line growth ambition for Bank of Singapore.
This program will comprise of building capabilities for the entire Client Lifecycle Management journey from Onboarding, Maintenance to off boarding meeting the needs of BOS employees and end-clients.
Possess a strong knowledge of systems utilized for client onboarding and servicing high net worth individuals.
This involves collaborating with senior leaders and other stakeholders across BOS and OCBC.
The individual will work closely with the product owner to establish the product roadmap and act as a liaison between the product, technology, business, and governance teams.
This person will run big agile development teams, monitor progress, and address any obstacles to ensure successful project completion.
