As a Technical Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance workflow, managing client relationships, and operationalizing multiple aspects of the team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives.
They should be able to perform a wide variety of technical and non-technical tasks, and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.
Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming, and integration with third-party systems is an advantage.
