Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Lead/assist in system commissioning at customer sites and support factory testing.
- Diagnose engine failures, recommend solutions, and provide after-sales technical support.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and on-site service for distributors/dealers.
- Prepare service reports, logs, and documentation of field activities.
- Deliver product/service training to distributors, dealers, and junior engineers; assess technical capability of partners.
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, sales, and support teams for issue resolution.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to service procedure enhancements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products and technologies; handle other assigned service/training duties.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
- Willing to travel extensively within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm for power generation products and solutions.
