**Job title** – Senior Specialist MDM
**Location** – Singapore
In the Master Data Management (MDM) department, you will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient master data setup that supports our business operations.
You’ll collaborate with various functions and gain valuable insight into dsm-firmenich’s MDM processes.
As part of your role, you will also become familiar with more than 60 processes, including Material Introduction, Maintenance, Commercial, Packaging, and Customer and Vendor Master Data.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Maintain master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in SAP and other dependent systems
+ Provide timely response to the requested services and establish appropriate working relationships with internal customers
+ Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support
+ Ensure all requests' communications are managed via NOVA
+ Manage multiple MDM processes (Material Management, Commercial, Packaging)
+ Support on DEMS Review; conduct internal Data Audits; participate in MDM Continuous Improvement Initiatives

**You bring**
+ Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a scientific subject such as Chemistry or Food Sciences
+ Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
+ Experience with SAP is an advantage
