Expertise in structural engineering, analysis, and design for offshore oil platforms, FPSOs, and semi-submersibles.
Proficient in SACS and AutoCAD for structural modeling, analysis, and detail design.
Hands-on experience in structural integrity assessment, fatigue analysis, in-place, transportation, and installation analysis for offshore structures.
Strong foundation in geotechnical and foundation engineering for offshore platforms (jackets, topsides, subsea foundations, piles, suction caissons, etc.).
Participate in technical clarifications with clients and vendors, and prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
Carry out and supervise design, review, and approval of structural/geotechnical deliverables, ensuring compliance with client standards and international codes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Naval Architecture or Structural Engineering.
Proven track record in offshore structural engineering for oil & gas facilities (FPSO, semi-submersibles, fixed platforms, topsides).
Strong familiarity with international offshore standards and codes (API RP-2A, ISO 19901, DNV, ABS, etc.).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly desirable, to support collaboration with design centers, shipyards, and vendors in China.
