To achieve this, you will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as technical support and be located in Singapore.
You will have hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, JumpCloud, HRIS-to-Identity integrations, ITSM platforms, endpoint management, and asset management.
Behavioural fit is also important, and we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of embodying attributes such as ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven decision making, and problem-solving.
