We are looking for a L1 Support Engineer (IT Administrator) who is excited about our mission and outcomes.
The mission is to ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure by managing systems, networks, and user access, providing timely technical support, and implementing best practices.
The outcomes include:
Relationship Building: establishing regular syncs with department leads and introducing self as the point of contact for IT issues
Onboarding and Offboarding: owning and executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring 100% completion of account provisioning/deprovisioning within SLA
Asset Management and Procurement: owning and administering asset management and procurement systems, ensuring 100% accuracy of asset inventory and on-time processing of procurement requests
ITSM Ticket Management: responding to and resolving ITSM tickets for internal employees, ensuring ≥95% resolution within SLA timelines
Infrastructure & Tool Optimization: owning and maintaining global office WiFi infrastructure, ensuring ≥99.9% uptime across all sites
To achieve this, you will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as technical support and be located in Singapore.
You will have hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, JumpCloud, HRIS-to-Identity integrations, ITSM platforms, endpoint management, and asset management.
Behavioural fit is also important, and we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of embodying attributes such as ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven decision making, and problem-solving.
The interview process will include a screening interview, career deep dive, behavioural fit assessment, and offer + reference interviews.
