Job Responsibilities
Identify business needs
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and pain points.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
- Develop business cases highlighting benefits, risks, and ROI of cloud and web-based initiatives.
Analyse business processes
- Review and map existing processes to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements using cloud-native and low-code platforms.
- Develop strategic reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Develop technical specification & Lead Implementation
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead the design and development of solutions using Azure services, full stack technologies (e.g., React, , .NET), and OutSystems.
- Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure technical alignment and scalability.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Facilitate change management
- Develop and execute change management plans for new systems and upgrades.
- Create technical documentation and training materials tailored to end-users.
- Conduct training sessions and act as a point of contact for complex queries.
Manage programmes & Technical Delivery
- Plan and track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Champion agile practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in application development, business analysis, or technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
- Full Stack Web Development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks, backend APIs)
- OutSystems or other low-code platforms
- Boomi, mulesoft, Middleware experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Singaporean only
- Working hours -Monday to Friday, 8am to 530pm
- Working Location - Toll City, 60 Pioneer Road, Tuas
