Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Software Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our critical internal applications that streamline client onboarding, configuration, and management processes.
This is a unique opportunity for a developer who is passionate about building intuitive user interfaces and is excited by the potential of Generative AI to revolutionize workflows.
You will not only write code but also actively contribute to the technical direction of our tools, driving efficiency and accelerating our ability to serve our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Design, Develop, and Innovate: Build and maintain full-stack features for our internal web applications, with a primary focus on our React-based front-end.
Drive AI Adoption: Research, prototype, and implement solutions using Generative AI models and agentic tools to automate complex configuration tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve development workflows.
Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript and modern React principles.
Expand and improve our unit and integration test suites to ensure high product reliability and code coverage.
Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with product managers and internal users to design and build intuitive UI/UX, including smart modals, guided workflows, and custom hooks that prevent user error and improve efficiency.
Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely within a cross-functional team to achieve shared goals, participate in code reviews, and take the initiative to support peers and drive continuous improvement in our processes and technology stack.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience from a coding bootcamp or professional diploma.
A strong, demonstrated interest and/or hands‐on experience in applying Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs) to solve practical problems and improve workflows.
This is a key requirement.
Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
A proactive, quick‐learning mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with back-end development, particularly with Java and the Spring Framework.
Knowledge of databases, both SQL (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud deployment platforms.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Additional Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‐solving skills.
