Responsibilities
Implement IT systems and manage change requests, ensuring quality deliverables aligned with business objectives and compliance policies.
Maintain high availability of critical business systems (24/7) by continuously improving existing systems and responding promptly to incidents.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver features and improvements.
Provide support and maintenance for the Electricity Operation Support Systems, external‐facing customer portals, and field service management applications.
Debug and resolve full stack issues, ensure code quality with tests, and improve processes through code reviews and team discussions.
Apply AI technologies to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in system design and development of end‐to‐end full stack solutions or similar roles.
At least 2 years of technical experience in IT system support and maintenance.
Ability to devise solutions for business requirements and evaluate vendor‐provided solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts understandably.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to new challenges.
