About the role
As an in-house HR Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts to ensure the continuous growth and development of our employees.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full recruitment cycle that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquistion
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Support offer negotiations and ensure smooth pre-joining processes.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment, preferably within the audio-visual industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organisational goals
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources in Local (SG) Polytechnic/University
