Exciting role in the Public Sector
Contractual Position: 9 months' Contract
Salary: Up to $6500
Responsibilities
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs

Min.
Degree in HR, Business or any relevant field of study
At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
