**Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Tax Specialist to manage both **direct and indirect tax matters** across Lenovo entities.
This role requires strong **corporate tax experience** , with responsibilities spanning **preparation and review** of tax filings, provisions, and audits.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multinational environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and review quarterly tax provisions for Lenovo entities.
+ Manage the preparation and filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and interim tax payments.
+ Review corporate tax computations and returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
+ Support and participate in tax audits, including documentation and responses to tax authorities.
+ Assist with statutory audits, focusing on tax adjustments and reconciliations.
+ Provide ad-hoc tax advisory support on business transactions and operational matters.
+ Analyze and manage annual budgets for tax professional fees.
+ Contribute to tax-related projects and initiatives, including process improvements and system enhancements.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure tax efficiency and compliance across direct and indirect tax areas.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, ideally within a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.
+ Strong technical knowledge of both direct and indirect tax regulations.
+ Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax filings and computations.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
