We are looking for a skilled Test Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of usage scenario testing, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality objectives.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to manage test findings, risks, and continuous improvement efforts.
In this role, you’ll drive Agile testing practices and mentor a team of testers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on usage scenario testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align and communicate test findings, ensuring shared understanding and timely resolution of issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks, providing clear and proactive updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of usage scenario testers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous skill development.
- Integrate and manage testing processes within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), promoting Agile testing principles and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing test outcomes, refining the usage scenario test strategy, and enhancing overall product quality and testing efficiency.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, or a related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in system or solution testing as a Test Manager, leading and coordinating a team of 5 or more testers.
- Strong technical understanding of usage scenario and limit testing for complex hardware/software systems, preferably within the medical technology domain.
- Proven expertise in testing embedded systems, firmware, and a variety of hardware components.
- Deep knowledge of test strategy definition, test tracking and reporting, and defect management processes (ADC or equivalent tools), combined with practical experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- A structured, analytical, and quality‑focused mindset with excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional team.
