What will you do?
Work closely with the NCS onshore and offshore, software vendors and client product and QA teams to drive quality testing and ensure conformance of quality standards
Lead and manage the testing processes and procedures, test case design, test execution, capturing test results and analysis, defect management, traceability matrix and test reporting
Support in planning, monitoring and managing the testing activities and operations infused in the projects based on NCS Test framework
Lead the implementation, and evolution of the NCS test methodology, measure and report on the success metrics, grow the team’s knowledge in the application of testing tools/process to meet the testing mandate
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through daily triage, periodic test reports and presentations, highlighting testing milestones, progress, and potential risks
The ideal candidate should possess:
Minimum of ten years’ of working experience in managing and leading a testing team with end-to-end testing for large scale and major projects in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment
Extensive hands-on experience in planning, testing and defect tracking skills include using a variety of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Experience working with vendors and good stakeholder management
Familiar and experience with DEVOPS/Continuous Integration such as Jenkins is a plus point
Good knowledge of IT testing life cycle and proficient in working with automation testing tools
Extensive working knowledge and experience on test management and practices
Technically proficient in common cloud service-oriented platforms (preferred)
Graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree
