Responsibilities
:
Performance Management: Support the person-in-charge in the region-wide performance management annual cycle and its initiatives.
This includes support in the preparation for implementation, process education, analytics and reporting to management.Early Career Programs: Support the person-in-charge in the roll out of early career programs, and manage the running of the annual internship program in Singapore.Talent Management Projects: Provide support to Head of Talent Management and the team on ad-hoc assignments. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance management and talent program executionSome exposure to banking/financial industry preferredMeticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibilityCollaborative, team orientedSelf-starter who demonstrates initiativeAble to multi-task
