Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas
- Data Migration Training
- Attend training by respective departments on their data migration requirements and the verification approach.
- Data Verification
- Check the extracted data against the original source to identify data discrepancies.
Such discrepancies may potentially result in compromised data integrity and interfere with the operation of the new system.
- Identify duplicate records.
- Identify data translation errors.
- Identify missing records or fields.
- For the identified data discrepancies, the support staff must alert MENDAKI staff and vendors on the treatment of these discrepancies.
- Data Mapping and Cleaning
- Transform data fields from different sources into a consistent format.
- Identify quality issues.
- Correct inconsistent values.
- Remove duplicates.
- Fix structural errors.
- Standardise the data.
- Spot and remove unwanted outliers.
- Address missing data.
- Validate and cross-check
- Data Migration Wrap-Up
- Ensure that the verified data are documented and seek verification by department project workgroup members.
- Involved in project planning, system testing, cut over preparation work and roll out for CRM Salesforce applications in batches.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Poly graduate with IT training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly Organised.
- Detailed Oriented.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Familiar with the Microsoft registration programme, with the MENDAKI tuition programme is highly recommended.
