Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned waste management market segments to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up closely with customers to gather feedback on quotations, competitor activity, and decision-makers' considerations.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to process Sales Orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports for management review.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and support improvements in the Customer Care Program.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on customers, prospects, competitors, industry trends, pricing, and emerging developments.
- Assist the Manager in executing sales strategies and business plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve high-profitability business growth.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma
- With a year of experience in BD function, and preferably with chemical knowledge
- Possess own vehicle (transportation allowance/ reimbursement will be given)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Team-oriented, dynamic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
