Overview
You will participate and provide support in planning, developing, and managing licensing and data governance matters to meet medical and legal regulatory requirements.
This will include providing advice on Personal Data Protplanection Act (PDPA) matters, liaising with internal stakeholders regarding data breaches, and other concerns relating to data governance.
You are responsible for arranging regular internal and external audits, preparing audit reports, and working with stakeholders to address audit findings.
You will also be involved in planning and implementing staff immunisation initiatives, participate in committee meetings, and support ad hoc operational projects and initiatives.
The suitable candidate will be offered employment on 2-year contractual terms.
Responsibilities
Provide support in planning, developing, and managing licensing and data governance to meet regulatory requirements

Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in public health administration, healthcare management, communications or public policy
Prior experience working in a government or healthcare institution would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
