The Senior/Interior Designer at DB&B will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of high-quality office designs that reflect our client's corporate identity while fostering a productive and inspiring workplace.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure design solutions meet client expectations and support business objectives.
The Senior / Interior Designer will lead projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in office or corporate environments, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong expertise in space planning, conceptual design, and presentation, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
- Proven experience in leading projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ability to provide strategic design thinking, identify opportunities that add value, and champion design excellence.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and leadership skills, with the ability to present and sell creative solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices.
