Overview
Senior/Manager, Integrated Outreach (Central) – Targeted Segment (1-Year Contract) at Health Promotion Board.


The role focuses on ethnic community engagement within the Integrated Outreach Central Division, collaborating to enhance community engagement programmes and oversee partnerships that benefit ethnic communities (e.g., Malay/Muslim and Indian residents).

The position supports strengthening community engagement initiatives and managing partnerships to build a healthy ecosystem and integrate health promotion into service delivery.


What you will be working on
Partnership & Outreach Events Management: co-develop and implement targeted outreach events for the segment; integrate HPB health promotion content and key messages; develop and adapt health-related materials for collaborating stakeholders; coordinate logistics and provide operational support during event implementation; design a systematic approach to partnership and relationship management.


Data Management: track and evaluate key performance indicators (reach, participation, referrals); prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on outreach effectiveness and outcomes.


Outreach Support: plan and execute outreach events; coordinate with internal teams to align activities; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives; provide operational support for special projects as required.

Relevant working experience of at least 2 years
Understanding of partnership development and relationship management; ability to network and build strong collaborations with stakeholders and team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage different levels of partnerships and work effectively in teams
Strong organisational and project management skills; good multitasking with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and with teams; contribute as needed
Passion to serve, particularly in the community setting, with a team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for data management, Word for documents)
