Responsibilities:
- Lead new quality services initiatives with the nursing team, other interdisciplinary heads of departments, doctors, clients, familiars and external professionals to ensure effective and optimal clinical care services are in place.
- As a catalyst to carry out a collaborative effort that bridges the gap between clinical nurse managers, educators and higher management operational team to support the mission of the healthcare team, including the developmental plans.
- Support organizational development projects and initiatives.
- Communicate and cascade effectively the company vision, mission and values to nursing team.
- Foster nurses' learning and development culture to build successors in the elderly care industry.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure effective utilization of budget and resources.
- Formulation of general policies, standard operator procedures, guidelines, clinical governance and regulation.
- Develop audit framework and maintain audit surveillance of clinical standards and KPIs.
- Assist in achieving and sustaining all MOH licensing requirements where necessary.
- Provide leadership in recruitment, selection, development and retention of nurses in partnership with the nursing team.
Qualifications:
- 10 years' experience in nursing with at least 2 years in managerial position.
- Degree in Nursing
- Possess a registered nursing certificate and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- ACTA Certified
- Possess up-to-date CPR/BCLS & AED Certificate
- Able to work 5 days' work week (including weekends & PH, 830am to 6pm, 42.5 hours)
