- As a Server:
- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and clearly explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Provide timely and attentive service throughout the guest's visit, ensuring their needs are met.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring order accuracy.
- Monitor table turnover and manage a section efficiently to maximize service.
- Process payments and handle cash responsibly.
- Reset tables quickly and prepare them for the next guests.
- As a Bartender:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed, accuracy, and presentation in mind.
- Develop knowledge of our full menu, including cocktail recipes, wine list, and beer selection.
- Provide engaging and friendly service to guests seated at the bar.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including backstock.
- Manage bar inventory, place orders with management, and control liquor costs.
- Verify identification to ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
