You will act as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicle issues and solutions are efficiently conveyed between mechanics and customers while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer to enquires, schedule service appointments and provide after-sales service.
- Greet customers, document vehicle concerns.
- Address customer complaints and issues as needed.
- Maintain records, process payments, and ensure timely service updates/delivery.
- Customer service related adhoc task
Skills & requirements:
- Local and Permeant Residents only.
- Strong communication, organizational.
- Outgoing and keen in creating conversations.
- Basic Excel and Microsoft skill.
- Able to complete task alone.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Saturday 9am to 3pm.
