Service Assistant Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd


Job description

Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Sat 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m ( Alternate Saturday ) Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.

- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.

- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.

- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.

- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.

- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
