Job Responsibilities:
· Manage customer service inquiries.
· Issue quotations and follow up with client's confirmation
· Coordinate service schedules.
· Ensure efficient communication between the service teams and clients.
· Administrative support and client relationship management to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Positive / Independent / Responsible / Meticulous
· Previous experience in service coordination or a related role is preferred; candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.
· With 1-2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
