Job Summary:
- Salary: Up to $3,500 + VB
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Office Hour
- Location: Transport Provided at Pasir Ris / Tampines / SengKang / Punggol
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily service operations and customer enquiries via phone or email.
- Prepare quotations, job orders, and service documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate service requests with engineers, vendors, and customers.
- Track service progress, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support warranty claims, purchasing, and logistics arrangements.
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc support duties for the service team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in administrative duties and documentation
