Job description
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service activities, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, tracking service requests, and supporting the service team to deliver efficient and timely service.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electronic & Electrical
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Marine Industry.
- Existing Service Engineer shall be promoted (Indoor promotion) to Service Coordinator after 2 years’ service with the Company.
- Leadership skill on allocation of Service Engineer for job assigned
- The power of expressing strong emotions in striking and appropriate language either spoken or written, thereby producing conviction or persuasion
