Responsible for all service order updates.
To send out necessary quotation to customers within 24 hours upon request.
To keep record of all quotations, correspondence and replies.
To keep and store all relevant clientele information.
To report directly to the Chief of Support Services.
To receive incoming calls for service and to liaise with respective departments for follow-up.
To schedule service calls for repair/spare parts replacement.
To retrieve email for confirmation of quotations for repair/spare parts.
Responsible for all warranty & non-warranty parts ordering and ensuring their arrival.
To submit a service order for invoicing not more than 2 days after the job is completed.
To request a quote for spare parts for a competitor's brand and follow up.
Assist to manage the spare parts room.
To prepare packing list and commercial invoice for overseas shipment
Minimum Diploma in any field
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in coordinator/customer service/admin roles.
Applicants without academic but with work experience may apply
