Responsibilities:
A) Primary Role
- Responsible for all service order updates.
- To send out necessary quotation to customers within 24 hours upon request.
- To keep record of all quotations, correspondence and replies.
- To keep and store all relevant clientele information.
- To report directly to the Chief of Support Services.
- To receive incoming calls for service and to liaise with respective departments for follow-up.
- To schedule service calls for repair/spare parts replacement.
- To retrieve email for confirmation of quotations for repair/spare parts.
B) Secondary Role
- Responsible for all warranty & non-warranty parts ordering and ensuring their arrival.
- To submit a service order for invoicing not more than 2 days after the job is completed.
- To request a quote for spare parts for a competitor's brand and follow up.
- Assist to manage the spare parts room.
- To prepare packing list and commercial invoice for overseas shipment
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in coordinator/customer service/admin roles.
- Applicants without academic but with work experience may apply
- On job training provided
