Service Crew Captain / Lead - Chinese cuisine / Japanese cuisine
5 Days Work Week (Monday & Tuesday off)
Working hours: 10.30am-3pm, 3pm-6pm break, 6pm to 10:30 pm
Salary: Basic $2800 + Shift allowance = $3000
Location: Country OR Island club, transport pick up at Thomson & Caldecott mrt
Responsibilities
- Supervise service personnel ensure meeting of service standards.
- Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.
- Oversee condition of seating premises.
- Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Min 1 year of F&B supervisory experience
