Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of deliverables for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of StarHub WAN services projects Responsible for maintaining high level of quality delivery for projects in accordance with timeline and client requirements Plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources Identifies, assesses, manages the risks of the project and takes appropriate prevention action Manage changes in project requirements with Change Control processes to ensure adherence to project schedule slippage, manage technical problems and resource requirement Work closely with business/product managers, development and support teams to ensure end objectives are met Ensures timely submission of reports for projects Engage and build client relationships Requirements
Diploma in IT, Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of project management experience in a telco environment handling medium to large scale fixed services project Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or CITPM preferred Experienced in managing government WAN / LAN projects Able to lead diverse groups of stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence all levels of stakeholders Result-oriented, driven and is able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment
