Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of deliverables for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of StarHub WAN services projects
- Responsible for maintaining high level of quality delivery for projects in accordance with timeline and client requirements
- Plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources
- Identifies, assesses, manages the risks of the project and takes appropriate prevention action
- Manage changes in project requirements with Change Control processes to ensure adherence to project schedule slippage, manage technical problems and resource requirement
- Work closely with business/product managers, development and support teams to ensure end objectives are met
- Ensures timely submission of reports for projects
- Engage and build client relationships
Requirements - Diploma in IT, Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of project management experience in a telco environment handling medium to large scale fixed services project
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or CITPM preferred
- Experienced in managing government WAN / LAN projects
- Able to lead diverse groups of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence all levels of stakeholders
- Result-oriented, driven and is able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment
