Responsibilities
We’re looking for a
motivated Service Delivery Executive (Logistics) to be a key point of contact
for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client
relationships in the Asia Pacific region.
Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details;
Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities;
Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input;
Work closely with internal teams and departments on review and stocking of inventory;
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner;
Support regional service delivery projects.
Requirements
2 years of relevant experience in
the logistics & supply chain industry;
Experience managing import and
export activities in the Asia Pacific region;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of SAP;
Strong communication and
negotiation skills;
Meticulous and detail-oriented;
Able to work well independently,
as well as effectively in a team;
Highly organised and
detail-oriented.
